All that's required in this case is to have the subject open their mouth, and taking a sterile Q-tip, under good conditions, just lightly rub the inside of the cheek; allow this to dry, and on the end of the Q-tip at this time I have a sufficient sample that would allow me now again to obtain a DNA profile of Scott Newark.
