The temporary scheme for the restructuring of the sugar industry as established by Regulation (EC) No 320/2006 forms part of the budget of the European Communities and finances expenditure in a context of shared management between the Member States and the Community. Rules should therefore be laid down for the publication of information on the beneficiaries of this scheme.

Having regard to the Staff Regulations of officials to the Conditions of employment of other servants of the European Communities laid down by Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 (1), and in particular Articles 63, 64, 65 and 82 of the Staff Regulations to Annexes VII, XI and XIII thereto, and the first paragraph of Article 20 and Articles 64 and 92 of the Conditions of employment of other servants,

The Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Communities provided for in Article 3 of this Regulation shall be substituted for the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community and also the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Coal and Steel Community.
