Si une protection était accordée à ces accords dans une loi fédérale, cela rendrait moins précaire les accords qui existent, bien que cette protection ne serait pas intégrale, puisque ce Parlement pourrait toujours la modifier et mettre fin à cette protection additionnelle que contiendrait cette référence aux accords intergouvernementaux et aux arrangements administratifs entre le gouvernement du Québec et celui du Canada.
If these agreements were protected by a federal statute, the current agreements would be less precarious, even if this protection were incomplete, since the government would always be in a position to amend or repeal the supplementary protection referring to the intergovernmental agreements and working agreements between the federal and the Quebec governments.
