Le conseil d’administration et le directeur exécutif, le conseil d’homologation de sécurité et son président coopèrent pour assurer le fonctionnement de l’Agence et la coordination des organes de celle-ci conformément aux procédures fixées par les règles internes de l’Agence, telles que le règlement intérieur du conseil d’administration, le règlement intérieur du conseil d’homologation de sécurité, la réglementation financière applicable à l’Agence, les modalités d’application du statut du personnel et les modalités d’accès aux documents.
3. The Administrative Board and the Executive Director, Security Accreditation Board and its Chairperson, shall cooperate to ensure the operation of the Agency and the coordination of its bodies in accordance with the procedures determined by the Agency’s internal rules, such as the rules of procedure of the Administrative Board, the rules of procedure of the Security Accreditation Board, the financial rules applicable to the Agency, the implementing rules for the status of staff and the rules governing access to documents.
