En cas de remboursement anticipé volontaire de tout ou partie d'un prêt à taux d'intérêt fixe, comme prévu à l'article 2 du présent appendice, ou lorsque le TICR appliqué dans le cadre de l'accord de crédit est remplacé par un taux variable ou un taux de swap, l'emprunteur indemnise l'institution qui apporte son soutien financier public pour tous les coûts et pertes découlant de ces actions, et notamment l'institution gouvernementale pour le coût que lui occasionne le remplacement de la partie des rentrées à taux fixe interrompues par le remboursement anticipé.
In the event of a voluntary, early repayment of a fixed interest rate loan as determined in Article 2 of this Appendix, or any portion thereof or when the CIRR applied under the credit agreement is modified into a floating or a swap rate, the borrower shall compensate the institution providing official financing support for all costs and losses incurred as a result of such actions, including the cost to the government institution of replacing the part of the fixed rate cash inflow interrupted by the early repayment.
