Je ne suis pas un tenant de la réglementation, mais je préconiserais par contre une structure au niveau du tiroir-caisse, c'est-à-dire au niveau du détail, de manière à ce que ce contrôle, ce pouvoir et cette influence qui permettent de contraindre les gens à fermer leurs portes n'existent plus.
