Les partenaires du fonds sont le Department for Enterprise, Trade and Investment (DETI - 3,34 millions de livres), la Banque européenne d'investissement (3,33 millions de livres), le fournisseur d'électricité Viridian Group Plc (2 millions de livres) et un certain nombre de fonds de retraite (1,33 millions de livres). On relève cependant de grandes différences, sur le plan des conditions d'investissement, entre le DETI et les autres partenaires.
