Mais il me semble que le CN peut faire une demande à cet égard, et je me demande si la compagnie doit établir quelque chose et obtenir la permission de fermer ces sites de wagons de producteurs ou bien si elle n'a qu'à donner un préavis et cela se produit automatiquement.
