La BEI entend par ailleurs respecter le contenu, les objectifs et les dispositions du règlement du Parlement européen et du Conseil relatif à la mise en œuvre, dans les institutions et organes de l'UE, de la convention d'Århus sur l'accès à l'information, la participation du public au processus décisionnel et l'accès à la justice en matière d'environnement (le «règlement Århus»).
The EIB will also respect the tenor, aims, and provisions of the ‘European Parliament and Council Regulation on the application of the provisions of the Aarhus Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters to EC institutions and bodies’ (the Aarhus Regulation).
