2. reputa che il discarico sia un valido strumento del Parlamento europeo, che richiede una decisione basata su argomenti fattuali e sostanziali; ricorda, a tal riguardo, le norme vigenti, ovvero lo statuto dei funzionari e le condizioni di assunzione degli altri agenti delle Comunità europee, il regolamento finanziario applicabile alle Comunità europee, il regolamento istitutivo dell'Agenzia e le politiche e procedure specifiche in seno all'AEM;

Considers the discharge a valid instrument of the European Parliament, which requires a decision based on factual and substantive arguments; recalls, in this context, the existing rules, i.e. the Staff Regulations for Officials and Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Community, the Financial Regulation applicable to the European Communities, the respective Agency's founding regulation and specific policies and procedures set up in the EMA;
