L'UNSCR 2270 dispone che il congelamento dei beni si applica nei confronti di entità del governo della RPDC o del Partito dei Lavoratori della Corea, o di persone che agiscono per loro conto o sotto la loro direzione, se uno Stato membro delle Nazioni Unite accerta che sono associate a programmi della RDPC connessi al nucleare o ai missili balistici o ad altre attività vietate dalle UNSCR pertinenti.
UNSCR 2270 (2016) provides that the asset freeze is to apply with respect to entities of the Government of the DPRK or the Workers' Party of Korea, or by persons acting on their behalf or at their direction, where a UN Member State determines that they are associated with the DPRK's nuclear or ballistic missile programs or other activities prohibited by the relevant UNSCRs.
