‘additional duties on sugar and flour’ means the additional duty on sugar (AD S/Z) and the additional duty on flour (AD F/M) referred to in point B.6 of Section 1 of Part One, of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 and laid down in Table 2 of Annex 1 of Section I of Part Three of Annex I to that Regulation;

3. In the case referred to in paragraph 2, the importer shall lodge the security referred to in Article 248(1) of Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93, equal to the difference between the amount of additional import duty calculated on the basis of the representative price applicable to the product in question and the amount of additional import duty calculated on the basis of cif import price of the consignment in question.

5. The application of the individual anti-dumping duty rates specified for the companies mentioned in paragraph 2 shall be conditional upon presentation to the customs authorities of the Member States of a valid commercial invoice, on which shall appear a declaration dated and signed by an official of the entity issuing such invoice, identified by his/her name and function, drafted as follows: ‘I, the undersigned, certify that the (volume) of seamless pipes and tubes of stainless steel sold for export to the European Union covered by this invoice was manufactured by (company name and address) (TARIC additional code) in the (country conce ...[+++]rned).
