alla moneta elettronica quale definita nell’articolo 2, punto 2), della direttiva 2009/110/CE del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio, del 16 settembre 2009, concernente l’avvio, l’esercizio e la vigilanza prudenziale dell’attività degli istituti di moneta elettronica , nel caso in cui, se il dispositivo non è ricaricabile, l’importo massimo memorizzato sul dispositivo non ecceda 250 EUR, oppure nel caso in cui, se il dispositivo è ricaricabile, sia imposto un limite di 2 500 EUR sull’importo totale trattato in un anno civile, fatta eccezione per il caso in cui un importo pari o superiore a 1 000 EUR sia rimborsato su richiesta del detentore di moneta elettronica nello stesso anno civile ai sensi dell’articolo 11 della direttiva 2009/110/CE.
electronic money, as defined in point 2 of Article 2 of Directive 2009/110/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on the taking up, pursuit and prudential supervision of the business of electronic money institutions where, if it is not possible to recharge, the maximum amount stored electronically in the device is no more than EUR 250, or where, if it is possible to recharge, a limit of EUR 2 500 is imposed on the total amount transacted in a calendar year, except when an amount of EUR 1 000 or more is redeemed in that same calendar year upon the electronic money holder’s request in accordance with Article 11 of Directive 2009/110/EC.
