Alla luce dei risultati dell'inchiesta, il regolamento prevede, da un lato, la chiusura del procedimento antidumping per quanto riguarda le importazioni di FSP dalla Corea e, dall'altro, l'istituzione di un dazio definitivo sulle importazioni di FSP originarie di Taiwan (calcolato in base al prezzo netto franco frontiera comunitaria del prodotto, dazio non corrisposto) pari al 13%, fatta eccezione per le società sotto elencate, cui si applicano le seguenti aliquote:
In the light of the outcome of this investigation, the Regulation provides, on the one hand, for the termination of the anti-dumping proceeding with regard to imports of PSF from Korea, and, on the other, for the imposition on imports of PSF originating in Taiwan of a definitive duty (calculated on the basis of the net free-at-Community frontier price of the product, before duty) of 13%, except for the below companies, to which the following rates shall apply:
