Fatti salvi l'allegato VI. E dell'atto di adesione del 2012 e le disposizioni adottate sulla base di tale atto, la Croazia può continuare ad assumere nel 2014 nuovi impegni giuridici nei confronti dei beneficiari relativamente alle misure di cui all'articolo 171, paragrafo 2, lettere a) e c) del regolamento (CE) n. 718/2007, conformemente al programma IPARD adottato in base a detto regolamento, anche dopo l'esaurimento delle risorse finanziarie di detto programma, purché la domanda di sostegno sia presentata prima dell'adozione del suo programma di sviluppo rurale per il periodo di programmazione 2014-2020.
Without prejudice to Annex VI. E of the 2012 Act of Accession and the provisions adopted on the basis thereof, Croatia may continue to undertake new legal commitments to beneficiaries in 2014 in relation to the measures referred to in Article 171(2) (a) and (c) of Regulation (EC) 718/2007, pursuant to the IPARD programme adopted on the basis of that Regulation even after the relevant financial resources of that programme have been used up, provided that the application for support is submitted before the adoption of its rural development programme for the 2014-2020 programming period.
