Ai sensi dell’articolo 225, paragrafo 1, primo comma, del trattato CE, il Tribunale di primo grado delle Comunità europee è competente a conoscere in primo grado i ricorsi di cui, segnatamente, all’articolo 230 del trattato CE, a eccezione di quelli che sono attribuiti a una camera giurisdizionale e di quelli che lo statuto riserva alla Corte di giustizia.
Under the first subparagraph of Article 225(1) of the EC Treaty the Court of First Instance of the European Communities has jurisdiction to hear and determine at first instance the actions referred to in particular in Article 230 of the EC Treaty with the exception of those assigned to a judicial panel and those reserved in the Statute to the Court of Justice.
