I fatti sono lapalissiani. Il governo del Primo Ministro Rodríguez Zapatero ha introdotto una riforma della legge organica sul potere giudiziario che spezza il patto preesistente in materia, e cambia le regole a metà del mandato del Consiglio generale della magistratura; tale riforma impedisce che la nomina di qualsiasi magistrato possa avvenire senza l’assenso di una minoranza che ha potere di blocco e prende ordini dal governo.
