H. considerando che, in una dichiarazione scritta successiva alla riunione del Consiglio per la sicurezza nazionale turco (MGK) del 30 ottobre, la Turchia ha dichiarato che avrebbe continuato a tutelare i propri diritti e interessi nella piattaforma continentale, nel Mar Egeo e nel Mediterraneo orientale, così come nella zona economica per la quale le autorità turco-cipriote hanno rilasciato licenze;
H. whereas a written statement issued following the Turkish National Security Council (MGK) meeting of 30 October 2014 vowed that Turkey would continue to protect its rights and interests in the continental shelf in the Aegean Sea and the eastern Mediterranean and in the economic zone licensed by Turkish Cypriots;
