38. invita le autorità dei paesi candidati che non l'abbiano ancora fatto, a varare, con la massima tempestività, politiche di cambio legate all'euro e ad approfondire, insieme all'Unione europea, la riflessione sulle sfide e sui rischi dell'integrazione monetaria parziale che risulterebbero dal crescente utilizzo dell'euro come moneta parallela;
38. Calls on the authorities of the candidate countries which have not already done so to introduce, as soon as possible, exchange rate policies linked to the euro and to examine in detail, together with the authorities of the European Union, the challenges and risks posed by the partial monetary integration which will result from the increasing use of the euro as a parallel currency;
