Può la Commissione confermare che la nave irlandese “Atlantic Dawn” avente base a Las Palmas sta attualmente pescando nelle acque della Mauritania in base ad un accordo di pesca con la UE, ovvero ad un accordo privato con tale paese, avendo aggirato le norme relative alle dimensioni dei pescherecci, dal momento che si è registrata non come peschereccio bensì come nave mercantile?
Can the Commission confirm that the Irish vessel ‘Atlantic Dawn’, based in Las Palmas, is currently fishing in Mauritanian waters under the EU fishing agreement, or private agreement, with that country, having got round the rules for the size of trawlers by registering not as a trawler but as a merchant ship?
