C. consapevole del fatto che i risultati del computo rilevano un eccesso di voti rispetto ai votanti che hanno partecipato alle elezioni il 9 aprile 2000, il quale può arrivare al 20% dei voti espressi, e che sono stati denunciati gravi problemi in ordine alla registrazione o al computo dei voti preferenziali che determinano i membri eletti del Congresso che sono stati pubblicamente accettati,
C. whereas the results of the count show that the discrepancy between the number of votes cast and voters taking part on 9 April may be as high as 20% of the votes cast, and whereas there were serious problems in entering or counting the preferential votes which decide which elected members of the Congress have been publicly accepted,
