(d) considerare la progressiva internalizzazione dei costi sociali e ambientali esterni nel settore dei trasporti come un'opportunità per stimolare la logistica delle merci, che dovrebbe condurre a un uso migliore delle infrastrutture stradali e ferroviarie, come dimostra l'esempio di buone prassi in Svizzera (Leistungsabhängige Schwerverkehrsabgabe - LSVA, tassa sul traffico pesante commisurata alle prestazioni - TTPCP);
(d) consider the progressive internalisation of external social and environmental costs in the transport sector as an opportunity to boost transport logistics, which should lead to better use of road and rail infrastructure, as the example of good practise in Switzerland (Leistungsabhängige Schwerverkehrsabgabe - LSVA) shows,
