E. considerando che, mentre la Comunità europea contribuisce in misura ben superiore alla metà ai costi di esercizio delle Scuole europee, la Commissione europea è l'unica istituzione europea rappresentata in seno al Consiglio superiore delle Scuole europee e pertanto l'autorità di bilancio delle Comunità non è adeguatamente coinvolta nel processo decisionale;
E. whereas, while the European Community contributes well over half of the running costs of the European Schools, the European Commission is the only European institution represented on the Board of Governors of the European Schools and therefore the Budgetary authority of the Communities is not appropriately involved in the decision-making process;
