Di conseguenza, secondo il disposto dell’articolo 2, paragrafo 5, del regolamento di base, è stato necessario adeguare i costi, nella fattispecie i costi delle forniture di gas della NAK Azot, per tener conto dei costi connessi alla produzione e alla vendita del prodotto simile durante il PIRI.
Therefore, as provided for in Article 2(5) of the basic Regulation, the costs, i.e. in this case, for gas supplies, of NAK Azot had to be adjusted to reflect the costs associated with the production and sale of the like product, during the IRIP.
