Nei contratti tra professionista e consumatore, la clausola che obblighi il consumatore a qualsiasi pagamento supplementare rispetto alla remunerazione pattuita per l'adempimento dell'obbligazione principale del professionista, in particolare se è inclusa mediante opzioni preselezionate che il consumatore deve rifiutare se vuole evitare il pagamento supplementare stesso, non è vincolante per il consumatore salvo che, prima di essere vincolato dal contratto, il consumatore abbia espressamente acconsentito a tale pagamento.
