L. considerando che, il 6 maggio 2013, la Corte costituzionale indonesiana ha stabilito che le foreste tradizionali delle popolazioni indigene non devono essere classificate come rientranti nelle «zone di foresta demaniale», aprendo la strada a un più ampio riconoscimento dei diritti delle popolazioni indigene nell'arcipelago,
L. whereas on 6 May 2013 Indonesia’s Constitutional Court ruled that the customary forests of indigenous peoples should not be classed as falling within ‘state forest areas’, thereby paving the way for wider recognition of the rights of indigenous peoples in the archipelago;
