Tale combinato disposto dev’essere interpretato nel senso che non osta alla normativa di uno Stato membro ospitante che consente a quest’ultimo di negare il riconoscimento, sul
proprio territorio, della patente di guida rilasciata in un altro Stato membro, nel caso in cui risulti provato, in base a informazioni incontestabili, provenienti dallo Stato membro del rilascio, che il titolare della
patente di
guida non era in possesso del requisito di residenza normale previsto agli articoli 7, paragrafo 1, lettera b),
...[+++]della direttiva 91/439 e 7, paragrafo 1, lettera e), della direttiva 2006/126 al momento del rilascio di detta patente.Those combined provisions must be interpreted as not precluding legislation of a host Member State which allows that State to refuse to recognise, within its territory, a driving licence issued in another Member State in the case where it is established, on the basis of indisputable information emanating from the issuing Member State, that the holder of the driving licence did not satisfy the normal residence condition laid down in Article 7(1)(b) of Directive 91/439 and in Article 7(1)(e) of Directive 2006/126 at the time when that licence was issued.
