(3) If, because of paragraph 10(1)(h), the amount of the advance must be covered by a program listed in the schedule, the maximum amount of an advance eligible for a guarantee under this Part is the lesser of the amount calculated under subsection (1) and the percent-age, specified in the advance guarantee agreement, of the maximum amount that the producer could receive under that program.
(3) Si le montant de l’avance doit, au titre de l’alinéa 10(1)h), être couvert par l’un des programmes figurant à l’annexe, le montant de l’avance susceptible d’être garantie au titre de la présente partie est égal au résultat du calcul prévu au paragraphe (1) ou, s’il est inférieur, au pourcentage — prévu dans l’accord de garantie d’avance — du montant maximal que le producteur pourrait recevoir au titre de ce programme.
