An airport authority may acquire an interest in land only if the acquisition: a) is necessary for the operation or development, on its principal airport, of an air terminal building, parking facilities abutting an air terminal building or facilities for the landing, taking off, movement or parking of aircraft; or b) is approved by the Minister (clause 69).
Une administration aéroportuaire ne peut acquérir un intérêt foncier que si l’acquisition a) soit est nécessaire à l’exploitation ou à l’aménagement, à l’aéroport principal, d’aérogares, de parcs de stationnement contigus à une aérogare ou d’installations servant à l’atterrissage, au décollage, au déplacement ou au stationnement des aéronefs; b) soit a été agréée par le Ministre (art. 69).
