(4) Where the Minister receives an
offer to purchase a stock option or capital stock acquired under a stock option and he finds the offer acceptable, he shall notify the person from whom the stock option or capital stock, as the case may be, was obtained and that person shall have the assignable right, during the seven business days following the day notice was given, to elect to purchase the stock option or the capital stock, as the case may be, at the price and on the terms and condit

(4) Lorsque le ministre reçoit une offre d’achat à l’égard d’une option d’achat d’actions ou du capital-actions acquis en vertu d’une option, et s’il juge l’offre acceptable, il doit en aviser la personne de qui il a obtenu l’option d’achat d’actions ou le capital-actions, selon le cas; pendant les sept jours ouvrables suivant le jour de l’avis, cette personne a le droit d’acheter l’option d’achat d’actions ou le capital-actions, selon le cas, au prix et aux conditions (y compris la date de clôture) précisés dans l’offre d’achat, et elle peut céder ce droit.
