(3) Every trustee in bankruptcy, assignee, liquidator, curator, receiver, receiver-manager trustee or committee and every agent, mandatary or other person administering, managing, winding-up, controlling or otherwise dealing with the property, business, estate or succession, or income of a self-employed person who has not filed a return of the person’s self-employed earnings for a year as required by this section must file with the Minister of National Revenue a return, in the form specified by that Minister, of the person’s self-employed earnings for the year.
(3) Tout syndic de faillite, cessionnaire, liquidateur, curateur, séquestre, fiduciaire ou tuteur et tout mandataire ou toute autre personne administrant, dirigeant, liquidant, contrôlant les biens, les affaires, la succession ou le revenu — ou s’en occupant — d’un travailleur indépendant qui n’a pas produit pour l’année une déclaration de la rémunération provenant du travail qu’il a exécuté pour son propre compte, comme l’exige le présent article, est tenu de produire auprès du ministre du Revenu national une déclaration en la forme précisée par celui-ci de la rémunération en question pour l’année.
