Rob Anders: Oui, mais ce dont je parle, c'est que nous avons ici un fonctionnaire du ministère qui semble considérer que ma seule intention est de m'assurer que la taille des unités de négociation n'augmentera pas. Il a donc répété à de multiples reprises que la taille de ces unités diminue constamment et que cela facilitera les dans certains cas.
