“4. Member States may exempt undertakings referred to in paragraph 1 which have only issued securities other than shares admitted to trading on a regulated market, within the meaning of point (14) of Article 4(1) of Directive 2004/39/EC, from the application of points (a), (b), (e), (f), (g) and (h) of paragraph 1 of this Article, unless such undertakings have issued shares which are traded in a multilateral trading facility, within the meaning of point (15) of Article 4(1) of Directive 2004/39/EC".
4. Les États membres peuvent exempter les entreprises visées au paragraphe 1 qui n'ont émis que des titres autres que des actions admises à la négociation sur un marché réglementé, au sens de l'article 4, paragraphe 1, point 14), de la directive 2004/39/CE, de l'application du paragraphe 1, points a), b), e), f), g) et h) du présent article, à moins que ces entreprises n'aient émis des actions négociées dans le cadre d'un système multilatéral de négociation, au sens de l'article 4, paragraphe 1, point 15), de la directive 2004/39/CE".
