In any event, it is apparent from the documents in the case that the selection board monitored the consistency of the marking, since, following the request for review submitted by the applicant, the selection board noted certain inconsistencies in the marking of his case study and therefore revised upwards the marks originally awarded for the general competencies ‘[c]ommunicating’ and ‘[p]rioritising and organising’ and the mark for the specific competencies.
En tout état de cause, il ressort du dossier que le jury du concours a contrôlé la cohérence de la notation, puisque, suite à la demande de réexamen présentée par le requérant, le jury a constaté l’existence d’une certaine incohérence dans la notation de son étude de cas et a, par suite, revu à la hausse les notes qui lui avaient été initialement attribuées au titre des compétences générales « [c]ommunication » et « [h]iérarchisation des priorités et organisation », ainsi qu’au titre des compétences spécifiques.
