What I was speaking about with the credit enhancement is a little bit different from the Kyoto Protocol clean development mechanism in that this isn't about Canada donating and paying the whole shot, it's just about us lending our balance sheet so that countries can get a lower cost of capital, and in return for that, we could get some of the business.
