6. Member States may decide time periods and deadlines for the schedule for capacity allocation which are different from those referred to in Article 43(2), point 2(b) of Annex VI and points 3, 4 and 5 of Annex VII if the establishment of international train paths in cooperation with infrastructure managers of third countries on a network whose track gauge is different from the main rail network within the Union has a significant impact on the schedule for capacity allocation in general.
6. Les États membres peuvent fixer, en ce qui concerne le calendrier pour la répartition des capacités, des périodes et des délais différents de ceux visés à l'article 43, paragraphe 2, à l'annexe VI, point 2 b), et à l'annexe VII, points 3, 4 et 5, si l'établissement de sillons internationaux en coopération avec les gestionnaires de l'infrastructure de pays tiers sur un réseau dont l'écartement des voies est différent de celui du principal réseau ferroviaire de l'Union a un effet important sur le calendrier de répartition des capacités en général.
