How can the Commissioner so jeopardise the entire credibility of the Commission in a field for which another Commissioner is responsible at a time when negotiations are in progress concerning a vital national interest of Finland, namely the procurement of raw material for the manufacture of paper for export, inter alia, to Germany, and concerning access to a substitute raw material for the unprocessed wood to be exported from Finland to Germany on account of Germany's State support for wood burning?
Comment un membre de la Commission peut-il de cette façon, dans un domaine de compétence qui relève d'un autre commissaire, compromettre le crédit de toute la Commission au moment de négocier ce qui constitue pour la Finlande un intérêt national vital: obtenir la matière première pour le papier qu'elle exporte, notamment vers l'Allemagne, et trouver une matière première de substitution au bois brut enlevé de Finlande vers l'Allemagne à cause des subventions accordées par l'État allemand au bois de chauffage?
