Nick Discepola (secrétaire parlementaire du solliciteur général du Canada, Lib.): Monsieur le Président, dans sa formulation originale, le paragraphe 9(1) du projet de loi C-13 prévoyait que le commissaire puisse mettre fin à la protection d'un bénéficiaire dans les cas où, à son avis, des renseignements importants touchant à l'admission au programme de celui-ci ne lui ont pas été communiqués ou l'ont été d'une façon erronée ou dans les cas où le bénéficiaire a contrevenu aux obligations énoncées dans l'accord de protection.
