Within 20 working days from the receipt of the application, or on receipt of the clarifications requested in accordance with Article 6(2), the Director General Secretariat and Language Services of the ECB shall either grant access to the document requested and provide access in accordance with Article 9 or, in a written reply, state the reasons for total or partial refusal and inform the applicant of their right to make a confirmatory application in accordance with paragraph 2.
Dans un délai de vingt jours ouvrables à partir de la réception de la demande, ou lors de la réception des clarifications requises conformément à l'article 6, paragraphe 2, le directeur général du secrétariat et des services linguistiques de la BCE soit octroie l'accès au document demandé et le fournit conformément à l'article 9, soit communique au demandeur, dans une réponse écrite, les motifs de son refus total ou partiel et l'informe de son droit de présenter une demande confirmative conformément au paragraphe 2.
