Points out that e-Justice systems, by their very nature, tend to decrease the costs of judicial and administrative proceedings, in particular through automation of the exchange of information, the service of documents and the translation of certain procedural acts; considers that this is in the interest of all stakeholders in the judicial system; believes that, in view of cost-efficiency considerations, projects should remain voluntary;
3. souligne que les systèmes de justice en ligne, par leur nature même, contribuent à réduire les coûts des procédures judiciaires et administratives, en particulier grâce à l'automatisation des échanges d'informations, à la distribution de documents officiels et à la traduction de certains actes de procédure; estime que cela est dans l'intérêt de toutes les parties prenantes du système judiciaire; est d'avis qu'au vu des aspects de rentabilité, les projets doivent rester sur la base du volontariat;
