// The Community may award a grant to the budgets for the preparatory technical work, including feasibility studies, to a maximum of 50% of their total cost; it may award an overall grant for transnational access and network development activities and, on the basis of the results, for the implementation of integrated initiatives; it may award a grant to the budgets for the development of new infrastructures corresponding to a maximum of 10% of their total cost.
