Mr. Mackay, unless you have some kind of a crystal ball that I don't have regarding the purpose of the legislation—and I hope your members have been properly informed of what it is they're agreeing with when ATAC makes its presentation—what we're dealing with here is not the government, through its agencies, going out and trying to change pricing or monitor pricing to the degree that in some way they would start to do the actual pricing of the industry or anything of that sort.
