Stresses the importance of the projected Nabucco gas pipeline for the diversification of EU energy sources, welcomes the appointment of a coordinator for this priority project 'of European interest' and asks the Commission and Member States, together with their partners, to ensure its implementation; notes that the fact that the financial background to the building of the Nabucco pipeline is emerging increasingly clearly may impart fresh impetus to investment which is of key importance from the point of view of the region;
3. souligne l'importance du projet de gazoduc Nabucco pour la diversification des sources d'énergie de l'UE; se félicite de la nomination d'un coordinateur pour ce projet prioritaire "d'intérêt européen" et appelle la Commission et les États membres à faire en sorte, avec leurs partenaires, que ce projet soit mené à bien; relève que le fait que le cadre financier de la construction du gazoduc Nabucco se précise de plus en plus pourrait donner un nouvel élan aux investissements, ce qui est essentiel pour la région;
