3 (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), money in an amount greater than $1,000,000 that is paid to or recovered by Her Majesty in any period beginning on April 1 in any year and ending on March 31 in the next year under section 6

...[+++]anies that have been assessed under subsection 687(1) of the Insurance Companies Act in respect of that company, society, foreign company or provincial company.
3 (1) Sous réserve des paragraphes (2) et (3), tout montant supérieur à 1 000 000 $ qui est payé à Sa Majesté ou recouvré par elle à l’égard d’une société conformément à l’article 691 de la Loi sur les sociétés d’assurances ou à l’alinéa 161(1)d), au paragraphe 161(6) ou à l’alinéa 161(8)d) de la Loi sur les liquidations et les restructurations, au cours d’une période commençant le 1 avril d’une année et se terminant le 31 mars de l’année suivante, est payé, au prorata, à chacune des sociétés qui ont fait l’objet d’une cotisation en vertu du paragraphe 687(1) de la Loi sur les sociétés d’assurances à l’égard de la société en cause.
