Is Article 9(1)(a) of Directive 2004/83/EC (1) to be interpreted as meaning that not every interference with religious freedom which breaches Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights constitutes an act of persecution within the meaning of Article 9(1)(a) of Directive 2004/83/EC, but that a severe violation of religious freedom as a basic human right arises only if the core area of that religious freedom is adversely affected?
L’article 9, paragraphe 1, sous a) de la directive 2004/83/CE (1) doit-il être interprété en ce sens que toute atteinte à la liberté de religion, laquelle violerait l’article 9 CEDH, ne constitue pas nécessairement un acte de persécution au sens de la première des dispositions précitées et qu’il n’y a au contraire une atteinte grave à la liberté de religion, en tant que droit humain fondamental, que si c’est le noyau dur de cette liberté qui est affecté?
