3. Every two years from the sixth year calculated from the date of application of this Regulation, an objective evaluation of the availability of high quality machine translations of patent applications and specifications into all official languages of the Union as developed by the European Patent Office shall be carried out by an independent expert committee.

Tous les deux ans à compter de la sixième année suivant la date d’entrée en application du présent règlement, un comité d’experts indépendants évalue de manière objective si, pour les demandes de brevet et les fascicules, il est possible de disposer de traductions automatiques de grande qualité, à partir du système mis au point par l'Office européen des brevets, dans toutes les langues officielles de l'Union.
