That is an issue, and I think the government's concern should be to deal with it, but simply to send the person back if they do not cohabit or if they leave the marital home does not take into account a potential danger to the spouse while cohabiting.

C’est un problème qu’à mon avis le gouvernement devrait mieux gérer. Renvoyer tout simplement la personne si elle ne cohabite pas, ou si elle quitte le domicile conjugal, ne prend pas en compte le risque potentiel que court le conjoint dans la cohabitation.
