When that day comes and there is a majority behind that mandate I am sure our colleagues, both in the government party and in the Reform party, will understand that they have no choice but to sit down at the negotiating table and engage in a dialogue on the basis of total equality, nation to nation, as should have always been the case.
Le jour où ce sera le cas, où il y aura une majorité qui aura confié ce mandat-là, je suis sûr que nos collègues députés de la majorité ministérielle, comme les collègues du Parti réformiste, comprendront qu'ils n'auront pas d'autre choix que de s'asseoir à la table de négociation et d'engager le dialogue, comme cela aurait toujours dû se faire, sur la base d'une parfaite égalité, de nation à nation.
