1. Until such time as the system of interconnection of insolvency registers referred to in Article 20b is established, the liquidator shall request that notice of the judgment opening insolvency proceedings and, where appropriate, the decision appointing him, be published in any other Member State where an establishment of the debtor is located in accordance with the publication procedures provided for in that State.

Tant que le système d’interconnexion des registres d’insolvabilité visé à l’article 20 ter n’est pas mis en place, le syndic demande que la notification de la décision d’ouverture de la procédure d’insolvabilité et, le cas échéant, de la décision de désignation d’un syndic soit publiée dans tout autre État membre où est situé un établissement du débiteur conformément aux modalités de publication prévues dans cet État.
