While recognising each Institutions' specific needs and the particular character of each project, they ask the Institutions to pursue work towards harmonising such information through common definitions and indicators to allow comparisons of building space and building costs, including a common understanding of the method for calculating annual costs of property spread over the entire period of utilisation.
